US weekly coal production declined to 13.5mmt (14 Oct.), down 1.5% y-o-y

According to provisional data, the US weekly coal production declined to 13.5m metric tonnes during the week ending on 14 October, down 1.4% w-o-w and down 1.5% y-o-y. However, so far this year, the US coal production increased to 562.9m metric tonnes, up 55m metric tonnes or 10.8% y-o-y.
